First year wrestling - 2nd school tourney- was pinned his first one - 3rd Round only seconds to go - He Pinned the guy his 2nd one ..... So happy for him - he needed that ego boost - way to go Elijah!!

My new morning routine!!

Gym membership - $30.00

4:15 am wake up call - grueling 

25 min drive - debatable

45 min workout - invigorating

45 min with my daughter every morning - PRICELESS

IT's Here ... It's Here....

We had ordered Elijah and "Evil Controller" for Christmas ... It's a controller for the X-box that is personalized to your liking .. I had messed up when I ordered it - used Pauls name for Billing and my name for Shipping - well they red flagged it - for fraud charges - I finally was able to contact them - they for it approved , made it and sent it off .. This guys has been waiting and waiting and today he finally got it - He was priceless!! You would have thought we gave him a million dollars .....

He said this was the best day ever and being that Paul was making Spaghetti - it couldn't get any better ....

We are starting to acquire quite the collection of board games. - and this boy is so happy !!

We were supposed to watch Adrian wrestle at Dream Duals BUT he told us he wasn't ( a whole nother story )  so we headed to Tricities for a much needed trip to Winco ... We always have an understanding - I agree to go here...

(Craft warehouse) - the best part is he doesn't roll his eyes asking me to hurry up - he's making suggestions - every time  I get comments about how they can't even get their husbands in the store .. 

We also had a great lunch at - "Red Lobster"... I think I'm the only person who eats " Cajun Chicken Pasta"  at a Seafood place lol ....

Home Again.. Home Again!!

The pass opened law Thursday night and we were able to get home on Friday... We went from this ...

Pouring rain and bumper to bumper traffic .... to this....

50 degree weather and sunshine - So glad to be home ....

Bahama Breeze Review-Tukwilla Wa

Heather, Annette and myself decide to try  Bahama Breeze in Tukwilla for dinner .. I can't even began to tell you how wonderful it was... 

The waiter was amazing - fun, and informative and made great suggestions for food and drink choice ...

We had an appetizer plate that a a little bit if everthing. I absolutely loved the Conch Fritters..  For dinner I had the Jerk Chicken Pasta - so amazing - and Banana Nut Bread Suprise for dessert - 

My friend Heather tried her first onion ring..,, didn't last long but she finally tried one ..,

What a great atmosphere , amazing service and amazing food ...

Public Speaker I'm Not...But I did it ..

I was asked to speak at the NW Op's meeting in Seattle in regards to our Safety Committee  - when I accepted I thought it was the Op's meeting next week in Pasco ... The difference speaking in front of 20 vs 50 people lol .. But I did it ...  Tom joined me - he set the pace by saying "I'm only here so I don't get fined " lol made everyone laugh and me relax a bit ...

And they surprised us and we rec'd this as a thank you !!

Seattle or Bust!!

This week I will be in Seattle for meetings- I used to look forward to getting away but it seems to be more of a chore every year ... Maybe I'm just getting older - the pass closed as we pulled into Cle Elum . We gassed up- grabbed a few snacks and by the time we were ready to go again it had reopened.  So glad we made it here safe and sound - Annette - Bella made for good traveling partners .  Here are a few pics - absolutely beautiful!!

Getaway Weekend

We had a much needed getaway weekend. Thanks to my boss for the gift certificate to the Coeur d'Alene Resort. we left Friday and came home  Sunday ..

A few things I learned at staying at the resort - 

1) we are hicks from the sticks 

2) beds are small --ask for a king 

3) always make sure you don't have an adjoining room- listening to the other side at 11:30 at night calling out to God was quite an experience - however gave us something to achieve (Bahaha)

4) don't go drunk shopping in the gift shops - spend to much and it won't fit lol

5) always eat cedars -

Today we went to Wild Wings and watched the Seahawks play the Panthers - it wasn't the ending that we wanted but we had a blast !! Great way to end the weekend!! 

Surprise!! Surprise!! Surprise !!

Well I can honestly say there aren't many times I'm speechless- thank you to Bella, Tomas Pruneda, Deanna Cox Dansie , Jeremy and the rest of our Wilbur Family for an amazing Surprise and I do mean Surprise birthday bbq lunch.. ( I thought I was so cool bringing cookies for the guys for dessert)

Tuesday Night at the Mats!!

Warden beat Royal in wrestling tonight 49-26 . Adrian was able to wrestle varsity - although he was pinned - I am so impressed with the improvement he has shown-.Adrian Hernandez keep fighting - you are growing stronger and getting better every match !! I'm so proud of you!'
