Well, I went a whole week and haven't posted... Getting back in the hang of this may take a bit..
To be honest with you - I've been sick .. I'm not going to label it the Corona Virus - I'm labeling it the Tonyrona!! - Tony is my boss who came in to the office several days in a row after Christmas and was sick. I can't say it was or wasn't the Rona because I refuse to get tested for something that they can't give me any meds for to make me better. I never ran a fever, or lost my taste or smell but the other symptoms that are all flu related I can say I've had. The worst one is the fatigue. I hate having no energy - for those that know me - I go till I can't go no more .. so that has been a tough one. But the good news is after 10 days I think I'm on the mend ..
Last week was awful - What went on at the Capital was appalling. I don't care if you are Democrat or Republican - Black or White - Catholic or Baptist - Wrong is Wrong. Destroying - defacing property of any can is WRONG!!! If you want to march for a right go for it but the minute you break a law it's WRONG!! This week is Inauguration for Joe Biden . Am I happy NO but I'm not going out and destroying property, hurting people and causing hate and discontent. I'm fearful for Inauguration day - I'm fearful for our Country .. They had to deploy 20,000 National Guardsmen - I fear for their safety while guarding . I don't get it I just keep saying my prayers ..
On a good note - Paul and I are FINALLY getting married . The time is right .... Today I reserved the tables / chairs / table cloths. We are having it at the SILO at the Messer Ranch and my good friend Deb Keeley is taking our pictures, my son Kevin is officiating, we have a caterer and Eric is walking me down the aisle. It's all starting to come together .. June 26, 2021 is the day. So far away but getting closer by the minute.
