Help Me.. The Hungry Monster is Chasing me!!!

I am absolutely starving *lol* or so my body thinks I am...
I've done really good today on eating but I'm not full.. Now that is a good thing except my stomach things it has to be full to be happy *lol*


Breakfast - 1/2 egg / bacon/ sandwich

Lunch - WW Pizza (very good)

4:30 - 100 calorie popcorn

6:15-6:45 Walked

7:30 - Cheese Burger & I swear I only ate about 10 fries (now that's amazing)!!!

8:00 - Sm. piece of white cake (made with diet 7-up) , blackberries, lite coolwhip

Now I stayed with my points, I walked but that frickin' little monster won't leave me alone :)

I hate being hungry. Hate it. I dislike being thirsty more, but hungry isn't very fun either.

I usually use popcorn as my filler-upper.

Remind me to tell you about getting my skinny sleep!

Darla, until your body gets used to this, the hungry monster will be with you. I agree with Jane to a point. Drink a bunch of water, then if your still hungry, indulge yourself with something with low calories; popcorn, crackers, yogurt. But keep it low because that's what you need to get used to.

Hang in there and remember why you are doing it. Give yourself a motto and repeat it often!

Oh, Darla, I hate that hungry monster, too! Drink lots of water and chew gum! I'm stuck at a weight loss of 25 pounds (GRRRRR) since I wanted to love twice that month by March 30th (the day I fly to Australia). Oh well, 25 is better than nothin' !!!
